Seeking Senior Carpenter

Our work involves all manner of residential construction, from new homes to renovations. We work with timber frames and conventional framing, and handle start to finish construction. When it comes to roofing, we install standing seam, copper, and slate. Our team works hard, supports each other, and prioritizes a positive work environment.

The right candidate has at least 10 years in the industry, enjoys sharing their knowledge with junior members of the team, and can make sure things go well when the foreman is away. You can work solo if needed and are willing to take direction from senior leadership. You can remain patient with an apprentice carpenter when they ask you the same question a third time. In other words, you’re able to see the big picture and work hard, recognizing that as the company grows, you will also grow.
